There is something profoundly entertaining about listening to Metallica and creating a pretty pastel pink shoujo bubble background.

What makes it worse is I'm planning on sticking Yami Bakura on it. ;p About half done with the pieces for that dress up game, now.

Actually, it's been the first week back at school. Four classes, and I'm .... not really thrilled with any of them. Lots of work, little fun, ect, and I have plenty of other things that I want to do, but can't because lack of time/inspiration, though the lack of muse cooperating has been going on all summer. If I could, I'd beat him until he began to behave, though I have managed to get at least one thing done, even if it wasn't on my fricken list of things to do.

Seriously though? I think I need more rp. :/ With intricate plots and character interaction bordering on character torture in the good way by the muns, all the lovely fun stuff that is just so interesting to play out.

So, finally went and added people who requested me as friends. ^^;; Sorry that took so long, everybody.

So far, projects are going so-so. Inspiration keeps fluctuating between 'I gotta!' and 'Idunwanna. ;_; ' I have at least three things to work on... oh, and school starts next week, and I've still got my utterly messed up sleep schedule.

So.... muse struck hard a few hours ago. This is the result. If you can figure out what's going on/where this is going, please, inform me. I havn't a clue.

So, for my birthday dinner we went out to Red Lobster, because I wanted lobster. I ended up ordering the Main lobster. What I got was the whole lobster, with a side of butter. To really understand why this was so hysterical to everyone else at the table:

- I'm an incredibly picky eater. (ie, no eating unidentified/funny food)
- I hate getting stuff on my hands (see the butter)
- and I really hate being stared at by food. ( I can barely eat chocolate easter bunnies)

So, if you can imagine it: I'm sitting there staring at this whole lobster on my plate, having to rip off bits to get to the food, and being laughed at by my parents because the whole process goes: prod at it, prod some more, finally find a piece that I can actually attack, make sure it's not looking at me/eyes aren't visible, dig with little fork, drop meat in butter, wipe hands, wipe fork, eat morsel, wipe fork again, repeat. Add wiping off of hands/fork at odd intervals, and constantly make sure it's not looking at me.

At least I got away before they sang the Birthday song at me. ^^;;

Right, so I watched the Dark Knight movie. -cough- fun stuffs. The Joker is certainly <3, but only from afar. He's scary fun to watch, though.

And I should probably hit myself for this, but I couldn't help but compare ygo to the movie. I could easily see Yami no Yuugi as the not quite as clean as he'd like knight defending the city, and Yami no Bakura as the Joker just having fun making everyone terrified, only himself knowing what the hell is going on and nothing anyone else does interrupts his plans. Oh, and the whole 'I can't kill you because I'm having too much fun, and you can't kill me because of your silly beliefs, we'll be doing this for eternity' bit? Soo could see Bakura doing that.

As it has pretty much every character from Duelist Kingdom to AE, it's either a really handy device for fics, or a really handy device for quickly frying your brain.

DX So, once again I was dumb enough to go ahead and idiotically read scary stories? Why do I do this? I know I get spooked easily, and now it's raining and thundering so loud I hear the pitterpitter rumble from my skylight over my music. And my AC flickering on and causing the light to spaz and dim out and in really doesn't help.

Ever have an old book that you've wanted to reread? Unfortunately, I do, and I can't remember anything about it but the plot and setting. That soo doesn't help when you want to read it. Anyway, it was an old book about 4 years ago.

It takes place in a world with feline and reptilian creatures. The reptiles are frilled, and they rule. Beauty is how they classify themselves, so any ugly ones are considered outcast. The felines are slaves at best, despite them being considered a threat for some reason (superior strength?). The story is that a female golden furred kitten is taken and given to one of the young reptiles, the daughter of someone very influential, and is raised as a loving pet/friend. Something happens where the daughter is threatened by her golden furred pet, and the golden pet is sent to the gladiator games. Because of hr golden fur, the feline is viewed as a foretold savior. That's the end of the first book.

I would really love to know what this book was called. -sigh-

Spring sucks. Really, really sucks. It's been 8+ weeks of misery for me. Body's acting up (TMI = you no get details), doctors appointments, sucky classes, brain going 'OMG no more!', AND! I have a con to get ready for. Oh, not to mention the fact that my costume is still far from done, and finals start next week. Or the fact that I can't get into my Japanese Begining II class until right before it starts.

Alignment:
True Neutral A true neutral character does what seems to be a good idea. He doesn't feel strongly one way or the other when it comes to good vs. evil or law vs. chaos. Most true neutral characters exhibit a lack of conviction or bias rather than a commitment to neutrality. Such a character thinks of good as better than evil after all, he would rather have good neighbors and rulers than evil ones. Still, he's not personally committed to upholding good in any abstract or universal way. Some true neutral characters, on the other hand, commit themselves philosophically to neutrality. They see good, evil, law, and chaos as prejudices and dangerous extremes. They advocate the middle way of neutrality as the best, most balanced road in the long run. Race:

Primary Class:
Rangers are skilled stalkers and hunters who make their home in the woods. Their martial skill is nearly the equal of the fighter, but they lack the latter's dedication to the craft of fighting. Instead, the ranger focuses his skills and training on a specific enemy a type of creature he bears a vengeful grudge against and hunts above all others. Rangers often accept the role of protector, aiding those who live in or travel through the woods. His skills allow him to move quietly and stick to the shadows, especially in natural settings, and he also has special knowledge of certain types of creatures. Finally, an experienced ranger has such a tie to nature that he can actually draw on natural power to cast divine spells, much as a druid does, and like a druid he is often accompanied by animal companions. A ranger's Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that he can cast.


Secondary Class:
Bards often serve as negotiators, messengers, scouts, and spies. They love to accompany heroes (and villains) to witness heroic (or villainous) deeds firsthand, since a bard who can tell a story from personal experience earns renown among his fellows. A bard casts arcane spells without any advance preparation, much like a sorcerer. Bards also share some specialized skills with rogues, and their knowledge of item lore is nearly unmatched. A high Charisma score allows a bard to cast high-level spells.

... -cough- yay?

..... A year or so ago, I lost a ygo deck of mine. Now, I'm not an especially good duelist, but this deck was feared by the rl friends who would play me. Today, my mom just found it. She picked up a purse hanging up with the coats, went through it, and pulled out my deck, just like that. I don't wear purses. I just don't.

And I'm really not sure how to take this, being one of those people who take odd things as omens.

Edit: 1:17 pm: I had the found deck in my pocket. the rubber band holding it together broke sometime in the last 20 mins, dispite being fine when I put it in there. o.o To add to that bit, I had even undone the rubber band to look through the cards when they were found, and it was fine then! -shiver-

Things are just pissing me off so much lately. A friend utterly kills an idea, but it's still lingering, making me wanna beat it's undead ass, I sooo don't want to go back to work (really not worth dealing with what the idiots leave for me) final projects re going so bad - I'm not coloring the f'ing window. x.x Ah, the joys of an overactive, ovely ambicious muse. I'm currently working on a Yami Bakura dress up game, and in the process decided to put him in one of the Organization XIII coats. I shared this comment with a friend, who quickly pointed out that t would make no sense what so ever.

And thus. my muse took that as a challange.

No, really. At 4 in the morning, I was forced to get up and white his down, or not sleep.  Conclusion: with a few twists, Yami Bakura can be a Nobody.

Start back in AE. Those ka battles are monsters created from one's heart. Diabound was a very impressive ka beast, from a very strong heart. Now, the Thief King fell to darkness, and lost his heart. Diabound is rather close to Zorc, isn't he? Just add legs and a tail, twitch a few things, allow the evolution to contininue a bit.... yes, that would make Zorc the theif's Heartless.

After Zorc's defeat, the priests would have panicedly locked the monsters away, not allowing the hearts to return to Kingdom Hearts. The Nobody of the thief would have been locked away as well, in the Ring.

Speaking of the Items, isn't it amazing what you can create with about a hundred hearts? Explains why they seem to suck all the compassion out of anyone they come in contact with....

Bakura would have a special place for Ryou in his non existant heart because the boy would have been his heart reborn, if it had ever made it's way to Kingdom Hearts.

He would have been a bitch of a bossfight - time control, his Dusks would look and move like wraiths, including being damn near impossible to hit, the thieving aspec with stealing life and magic...

Yeah, I'll clean this up later, have to run to class.

Wow.  x.x Managed to get into that class after all, though I' m too tired to properly party.  Hurrah for the system working, though.
